Reflecting on the Launch

While we’ve seen many aspects of Concord resonate with players, we also recognize that not everything went as planned. Some elements of the game and our initial launch fell short of our expectations, as well as yours. This realization has led us to make a difficult decision in order to better serve our community and enhance the overall experience.

The Decision to Go Offline

After careful consideration, we have decided to take Concord offline starting September 6, 2024. This pause will allow us to explore new options and paths forward that will better align with the needs and desires of our players. We believe this is the best course of action to ensure that the Concord experience reaches its full potential in the future.

Refunds and Next Steps

As we chart the future of Concord, we will be ceasing all sales of the game immediately. Additionally, we will be offering full refunds to all players who purchased Concord on PlayStation 5 or PC.

  • PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct: If you bought Concord through the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct. Your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 30-60 days to appear on your bank statement. If your original payment method is unavailable. The refunded amount will be credited to your PSN wallet.
  • Steam Store: Players who purchased the game via Steam will receive refunds in the coming days. Steam will send you a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Epic Games Store: Similarly, players who bought the game from the Epic Games. Store will be refunded over the next few days. Epic will contact you directly to confirm the refund process.
  • Other Retailer Refunds: If you purchased a physical copy of Concord from a retailer other than PlayStation Direct, please refer to the refund process of the respective retailer to receive your refund.

Please be aware that once your refund has been processed. You will no longer have access to Concord.
